Et tu fromage…?

I’ve been having more and more issues digesting cheese than I have in the past.  I could get away with a portion of “cooked cheese” in my diet and not have to suffer, but as of late, I’ve been suffering from stomach pains and terrible gas.

I think it’s time to consider possibly eliminating dairy altogether from my diet.  I could easily just get pills to be able to digest dairy. But, I think that I’ve been clinging to dairy for dear life after removing meat from my diet.  Maybe it’s time for another adjustment to my diet.

Should I consider becoming vegan? Any insight would be appreciated.
