Et tu fromage…?

I’ve been having more and more issues digesting cheese than I have in the past.  I could get away with a portion of “cooked cheese” in my diet and not have to suffer, but as of late, I’ve been suffering from stomach pains and terrible gas.

I think it’s time to consider possibly eliminating dairy altogether from my diet.  I could easily just get pills to be able to digest dairy. But, I think that I’ve been clinging to dairy for dear life after removing meat from my diet.  Maybe it’s time for another adjustment to my diet.

Should I consider becoming vegan? Any insight would be appreciated.

  1. maceyj said: I have been semi vegan for about seven months, it’s not as bad as it sounds. There are alot of vegan alternatives to dairy products that are good. As far as vegan cheese goes, it’s really hit or miss.
